A project with DesignPM International
Warren Design were appointed as museum consultants working with Design PM International on behalf of the client to supervise the exhibition design and production for the Sheikh Abdullah Al Salem Cultural Centre and the Al Salam Palace. The SAASCC site comprised a Natural History Museum, Aquarium, Rainforest biodome, Science Museum, Transport Museum, Space Museum and Islamic Art & Science Museum. At 18-hectares, this was at the time the world’s largest cultural project.
Al Salam Palace was fully renovated after receiving substantial damage in the first Gulf War. State Rooms were returned to their former glory and an exhibition telling the history of Kuwait installed.
